I am nice, try to be always
but it is so hard lately
they are testing me left and right
They walk all over me

I have been taught the same, but I forget sometimes, especially when THEY ask me what I think. I mean that’s just an unfair question to begin with.

I am nice and always will be and that has nothing to do with age, it’s who I am and always will be. I just feel that we have to fight more for things we shouldn’t have to fight for.

I call it ‘having my grouchy skin on’. Sometimes even the small insignificant stuff makes me grind my teeth.

We lived in the South for 10 years, that’s the one thing I don’t miss is being called “Honey” or “Sweetheart” by a total stranger.

Believe it or not, I am actually a really nice person. I just feel that THEY are pushing my buttons lately. I feel like I have to fight for everything.
You know whats really bad? I say “it’s nice,” when I really don’t care. That’s the worst compliment I can give, is saying “that was nice.”
