It doesn’t take rocket science to understand how the political game is played in general. The following rules seem to apply:
- What’s ok when I do it, is not ok for you.
- When you can’t argue the case, argue the people. When you can’t argue the people, argue the proceedings.
Politicians are public servants. The President of the United States is the commander-in-chief of the Military. He is not my commander-in-chief, we are not at war, and I am not in the army. Civilians don’t have a commander-in-chief besides their spouses -but that’s a subject for another time. Continue reading
