We are supposed to be back to normal, but I don’t feel normal. Do I ever?
I sleep like a rock, wake up tired and feel congested, but other than that it seems we are ready to move on. I haven’t dressed in two weeks. I mean, yes, I have covered my body with clothes, but pretty much jumped from one pajama to the next. “Leopard is the new black” is my favorite one, it’s so cozy and soft, I want to be buried in it if I would want to be buried to begin with.
As so often, an unwanted ad popped up, right beside my news article. IF YOU WERE BORN BEFORE 1967 it read and I couldn’t help but look into it. I was thrown into this world in 1963 and with astonishment, I looked at the ladies face which crowned the advertisement. Continue reading
Today I spent 5 minutes searching under my bed for the socks, that I thought I had to wear when I went to bed last night. I am not really sure how I do it, but I think I pull them off during the night, and then somehow the poor socks fly through the bedroom, and end up at places no sock should be. Continue reading
Something is going on in our house, and it’s just not right. Socks are disappearing left and right, and I would be okay with it -we all know they vanish into thin air- but I don’t like how it all goes down. Continue reading
I found a pair of socks in my freezer a few weeks back and it made me wonder how they ended up there. I am the Queen of our laundry room -meaning my husband doesn’t touch our laundry- and these were a pair of my socks. So no matter how hard I tried to blame somebody else (anybody else) I knew I had put them there. Continue reading
